Cigna Telehealth & One Guide
GSC presentation with Cigna representative, Julie Traynor, presenting information on two Cigna tools design especially for USNH employees to access healthcare providers via telephone or video conferencing and to learn about Cigna One Guide, your personal healthcare concierge.
Cigna Telehealth is a service offered to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers enabling 24/7/365 online access via telephone or video to consultations with Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatric physicians and Behavioral Health professionals. Telehealth provides increased access, convenience, choice, quality care and affordability in accessing medical and behavioral health professionals, especially in rural areas.
Cigna One Guide is a service provided to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers designed connect you with a specially trained, knowledgeable and empathetic Cigna personal guide who will connect you to the right resources based on your plan. Whether you are choosing a plan, looking to improve your health and health care costs, or working your way back to health, Cigna One Guide can help.

GSC Cares Volunteer Program
GSC Cares is a program that provides GSC staff with the opportunity to take one day out of the office per year to volunteer in the community. The United Way of NH provides GSC with volunteer opportunities throughout the year for GSC staff to sign up and spend a day helping a local community organization in need of volunteers.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Information - If you have lost your Wage Works card, or would like to check your current balance, please call the Wage Works client services number on the back of your Wage Works card (1-877-924-3967). You can also visit the Wage Works website at any time for additional information and resources.
Healthcare Transparency Tool / Healthcare Bluebook
Healthcare Bluebook has been selected by USNH as an added healthcare benefit to help you shop for care, compare facilities, save money on healthcare services, and earn rewards. Did you know that in-network prices for the same procedure can vary by over 500% depending on the facility you choose? Healthcare Bluebook’s web and mobile applications make it easy to save money on hundreds of the most common medical services and procedures by showing you the cost ranges in your area, and providing you with a selection of FAIR PRICE facilities. To access the Healthcare Bluebook site to create your account today, simply log into your individual MyUSNHBenefits.net account. The Healthcare Bluebook site link is located to the right of the homepage.
Cigna Fitness Facility List
The list of approved fitness facilities under Cigna for USNH employees is now available. The Cigna Approved Health Club Directory is a listing of Fitness Facilities that are currently participating in the Cigna Fitness Program. USNH provides a fitness benefit of up to $500.00 per year towards membership for employees who are participants in a USNH medical plan administered by Cigna provided that the program requirements are met. Contact the gym for membership information.

GSC General Announcements
GSC IT is happy to announce the newest member of our team, Sean McKenna. You may have already met Sean, as he has been our interim LMS administrator in an hourly position for four months. Sean joined the IT team in the Enterprise Systems department as a benefited staff member on Monday, December 11th. In his role as LMS administrator, Sean will be working on administering, maintaining and improving our three instances of Moodle and our instance Totara for Learning Solutions. He brings several years’ experience in education technology systems management, information technology support and teaching adult computer literacy. Sean holds a B.S. in Interactive Media from the Art Institute Online of Pittsburgh. Welcome to our GSC community Sean!
