Cigna Telehealth & One Guide
GSC presentation with Cigna representative, Julie Traynor, presenting information on two Cigna tools design especially for USNH employees to access healthcare providers via telephone or video conferencing and to learn about Cigna One Guide, your personal healthcare concierge.
Cigna Telehealth is a service offered to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers enabling 24/7/365 online access via telephone or video to consultations with Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatric physicians and Behavioral Health professionals. Telehealth provides increased access, convenience, choice, quality care and affordability in accessing medical and behavioral health professionals, especially in rural areas.
Cigna One Guide is a service provided to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers designed connect you with a specially trained, knowledgeable and empathetic Cigna personal guide who will connect you to the right resources based on your plan. Whether you are choosing a plan, looking to improve your health and health care costs, or working your way back to health, Cigna One Guide can help.

GSC Cares Volunteer Program
GSC Cares is a program that provides GSC staff with the opportunity to take one day out of the office per year to volunteer in the community. The United Way of NH provides GSC with volunteer opportunities throughout the year for GSC staff to sign up and spend a day helping a local community organization in need of volunteers.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Information - If you have lost your Wage Works card, or would like to check your current balance, please call the Wage Works client services number on the back of your Wage Works card (1-877-924-3967). You can also visit the Wage Works website at any time for additional information and resources.
Healthcare Transparency Tool / Healthcare Bluebook
Healthcare Bluebook has been selected by USNH as an added healthcare benefit to help you shop for care, compare facilities, save money on healthcare services, and earn rewards. Did you know that in-network prices for the same procedure can vary by over 500% depending on the facility you choose? Healthcare Bluebook’s web and mobile applications make it easy to save money on hundreds of the most common medical services and procedures by showing you the cost ranges in your area, and providing you with a selection of FAIR PRICE facilities. To access the Healthcare Bluebook site to create your account today, simply log into your individual MyUSNHBenefits.net account. The Healthcare Bluebook site link is located to the right of the homepage.
Cigna Fitness Facility List
The list of approved fitness facilities under Cigna for USNH employees is now available. The Cigna Approved Health Club Directory is a listing of Fitness Facilities that are currently participating in the Cigna Fitness Program. USNH provides a fitness benefit of up to $500.00 per year towards membership for employees who are participants in a USNH medical plan administered by Cigna provided that the program requirements are met. Contact the gym for membership information.

GSC General Announcements
Please join the staff of the Center for Professional Excellence and Education and Training Partnership in welcoming Paula Carrier as the new Birth Parent/Youth Training Coordinator. Paula has been the Lead Parent Partner Program Coordinator for the New Hampshire Division of Children, Youth and Families for the last four years. She has been a leading proponent of furthering the rights of birth parents throughout NHDCYF trainings and policy development. Her first day of work is Monday, April 30th.

- Please join the Center for Professional Excellence and Education and Training Partnership in welcoming Anthony Torvino as our new Curriculum Specialist. Anthony comes to us with an extensive background in creating and instructing trainings for the New Hampshire Corrections Department. His first day of work is Monday, April 30th. Please join the staff of the Center for Professional Excellence and Education and Training Partnership staff in welcoming Daintre Warn as our new Child Protection Services Instructor/Coach. Daintre has recently worked for the Division of Children, Youth and Families as a Child Protection Social Worker. She has experience conducting legal training through the Grafton County Attorney Office, as well as extensive experience with the child welfare system of New Hampshire as a domestic/sexual violence court advocate. Her first day of work is Wednesday, April 11th. Welcome to the GSC community Daintre!
Please welcome Sue Ellen O'Brien to the Center for Professional Excellence and Education and Training Partnership as one of our new Child Protection Services Instructor/Coaches. Sue Ellen previously worked as a trainer for CPE/UNH. She is also a former NH Division of Children, Youth and Families supervisor. She has extensive experience working within the child welfare system of New Hampshire and will be a tremendous asset to our team. Her first day of work is Monday, April 2nd. Cindy had formerly worked as a mental health therapist in Illinois where she also provided training for Child Protection staff for the Illinois Division of Children and Families. Cindy has also been teaching courses for the ETP and NHTI for the last year. Her first day of work is Monday, April 9th. Welcome to the GSC community Cindy!
- Please join the Center for Professional Excellence and Education and Training Partnership in welcoming Michele Naismith to our staff as our Juvenile Justice Services Instructor/Coach. Michele brings her many years of experience as a Juvenile Justice Services Supervisor for the Division of Children, Youth and Families to the program. She has also been a very effective and popular instructor for the ETP for several years. Her first day of work is Monday, April 16th. Welcome to the GSC community Michele!
