Request a Transcript

To Request a Granite State College Transcript

Active students must request official transcripts online via WebROCK, the college's self-service administration resource center.

GSC Alumni may request official transcripts from the Registrar's Office by completing the transcript request form. Follow these steps:

1. Print and complete the Granite State College Transcript Request Form;
2. Mail it to: Granite State College Transcript Coordinator, 25 Hall Street, Concord, NH 03301.

To Request Transcripts from Previous Schools/Colleges:

When applying to a degree program at Granite State College, you must also request official transcripts from all previous colleges you have attended, and for any college level examination programs (CLEP or DSST for example) you have completed.  If the previous college/university does not have a process for requesting transcripts, please complete the following:

1. Print and complete the Previous College Transfer Request Form;
2. Mail it to the previous colleges/universities that you attended.
