June 27th 2017: Cigna Telehealth & One Guide GSC presentation with Cigna representative, Julie Traynor, presenting information on two new Cigna tools design especially for USNH employees to access healthcare providers via telephone or video conferencing and to learn about Cigna One Guide, your personal healthcare concierge.
Cigna Telehealth is a service offered to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers enabling 24/7/365 online access via telephone or video to consultations with Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatric physicians and Behavioral Health professionals. Telehealth provides increased access, convenience, choice, quality care and affordability in accessing medical and behavioral health professionals, especially in rural areas.
Cigna One Guide is a service provided to eligible USNH Cigna health plan customers designed connect you with a specially trained, knowledgeable and empathetic Cigna personal guide who will connect you to the right resources based on your plan. Whether you are choosing a plan, looking to improve your health and health care costs, or working your way back to health, Cigna One Guide can help.

GSC Cares Volunteer Program
GSC Cares is a program that provides GSC staff with the opportunity to take one day out of the office per year to volunteer in the community. The United Way of NH provides GSC with volunteer opportunities throughout the year for GSC staff to sign up and spend a day helping a local community organization in need of volunteers.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Information - If you have lost your Wage Works card, or would like to check your current balance, please call the Wage Works client services number on the back of your Wage Works card (1-877-924-3967). You can also visit the Wage Works website at any time for additional information and resources.
New Healthcare Transparency Tool / Healthcare Bluebook
Healthcare Bluebook has been selected by USNH as an added healthcare benefit to help you shop for care, compare facilities, save money on healthcare services, and earn rewards. Did you know that in-network prices for the same procedure can vary by over 500% depending on the facility you choose? Healthcare Bluebook’s web and mobile applications make it easy to save money on hundreds of the most common medical services and procedures by showing you the cost ranges in your area, and providing you with a selection of FAIR PRICE facilities. To access the Healthcare Bluebook site to create your account today, simply log into your individual MyUSNHBenefits.net account. The Healthcare Bluebook site link is located to the right of the homepage.
Cigna Fitness Facility List
The list of approved fitness facilities under Cigna for USNH employees is now available. The Cigna Approved Health Club Directory is a listing of Fitness Facilities that are currently participating in the Cigna Fitness Program. USNH provides a fitness benefit of up to $500.00 per year towards membership for employees who are participants in a USNH medical plan administered by Cigna provided that the program requirements are met. Contact the gym for membership information.

Congratulations to the GSC Admissions Team for their participation in creating this video about their experience of using the LEAN process with UNH’s Senior Process Engineer, Dagmar Vlahos. The Undergraduate Studies team is pleased to welcome Emlee Kohler to the position of Sr. Lecturer and Director of the Undergraduate Behavioral Sciences and Human Services Program. Emlee will serve in a leadership capacity in areas supporting Faculty, Curriculum, Academic Success, Outreach and other areas as needed for the GSC programs within the behavioral sciences and human services area. Emlee holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, as well as her B.S. in Psychology and Biology from Heidelberg College. She most recently served as Psychology Department Chair & Associate Professor of Psychology at Daniel Webster College. Emlee’s first day with the college is Monday, July 24th. The Undergraduate Studies team is pleased to welcome Paul Antonellis to the position of Sr. Lecturer and Director of the Undergraduate Business Programs. Paul will serve in a leadership capacity in areas supporting Faculty, Curriculum, Academic Success, Outreach and other areas as needed for the GSC business programs. Paul holds an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University. He most recently served as Assistant Professor – Management Department at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA. Paul’s first day with the college is Monday, July 24th. Welcome to the GSC community Paul!
The Undergraduate Studies team is pleased to welcome Courtney Rice to the position of Lecturer and Director of the Undergraduate Health and Wellness Program. Courtney will serve in a leadership capacity in areas supporting Faculty, Curriculum, Academic Success, Outreach and other areas as needed for the GSC programs related to health & wellness. Courtney holds both an M.S. and B.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Maine. She also holds professional teaching endorsements in health education and physical education. She most recently served as Program Coordinator for the Exercise Science Program, Department of Allied Health at Manchester Community College (MCC.) Courtney’s first day with the college is Wednesday, July 26th. Welcome to the GSC community Courtney!
- The GSC Rochester Campus is pleased to welcome Janell Grassman as our new Admissions Coach. Janell holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a dual major in Sociology from Keene State College and is sure to be a great addition to the Rochester Campus Team. Her first day of work at GSC is Tuesday, July 18th. Please join us in welcoming Janell to our GSC community!
